We will carry out a home visit for every adoption

We require that the adopter can financially provide for the animal in terms of everyday costs and veterinary treatment.

We ask for a minimum adoption fee of £50 per cat / kitten.
The adoption fee helps towards the health check,
vaccinations, micro chipping, neutering, worming and
flea treatment and any veterinary fees which may have been occurred while the
cat/kitten was in our care.

Kittens

We do not rehome young kittens to families where there are children under 5yrs old,
or to full time workers where no-one is at home during the day.
3 hours is the maximum amount of time a young kitten can be left alone.
If you have very young children or are a full time worker you should be looking for a cat 6 months or older.

We do not rehome kittens to live alone unless there is someone home most of the day.
When they leave their mum at 8 weeks old it is a very vulnerable time and they need to have another cat around them for companionship and to play with.

We recommend not placing young kittens with mature cats over 10 years as they don’t usually take to kittens very well and it can upset the older cat.
